Is this a call-out fee or does it include the cleaning?

The $200 minimum is not an additional call-out fee — it includes the cleaning itself.

This minimum covers a professional service visit and, depending on access and job scope, may allow for an additional small item to be included within the same booking.

Final pricing is based on the size of the areas, type of furnishings, access, and the level of work required.

Why is there a minimum booking?

We specialise in premium carpet and upholstery cleaning, using professional equipment and proven processes to achieve deep, long-lasting results.

The $200 minimum reflects the time, expertise, and resources required to do the job properly, including:

  • Travel, setup, and site assessment
  • Professional pre-treatment tailored to your carpet or fabric
  • Use of fibre-safe rinsing agents where appropriate to the carpet, fabric, and access conditions
  • High-powered truckmount cleaning or commercial-grade portable equipment when required
  • Careful attention to drying, fibre care, and protection of your home
  • Over 7 years of hands-on industry experience

This minimum ensures every job receives the full level of care and attention we’re known for.

Are you the cheapest option?

Common Questions

What if I only need one small item cleaned?
The $200 minimum still applies — however, you may be able to add a second item (e.g. rug, room, or couch seat) at no extra charge within that booking, depending on the job.
Is this a guaranteed deep clean?

All our services deliver professional, thorough carpet cleaning. We use truckmount extraction for full deep cleans where possible. In areas where truckmounts aren’t practical, we use encapsulation or portable extraction, ensuring carpets are clean, fresh, and dry quickly.

Do you quote over the phone or online?

Yes — we offer fast, obligation-free estimates via phone or message. No hidden costs — just upfront, honest pricing.

Do you move furniture?

We work around larger items (beds, entertainment units, wardrobes), and can move light, easy-to-shift furniture where safe. We don’t move heavy or disassembled items.

Do you clean apartments and high-rise buildings?

Absolutely — we regularly clean apartments using high-powered commercial portable equipment when truckmount access isn’t possible, delivering the same deep clean in tighter spaces.

How long does carpet take to dry?

Most carpets dry within 2–6 hours, depending on airflow and weather. Our truckmount and fibre rinse system helps reduce drying time.

Do you offer weekend bookings?

Yes, we offer weekend appointments (subject to availability). Pricing may vary slightly depending on timing and access.
